Nedbank

The bank deducted monies (R2480.00) from my account without my consent. When I inquired about it I was told that they (Nedbank Credit Card Division) are within their rights and may deduct monies from my account without my knowledge as I have defaulted. When I asked why I was not notified of this I could not get an explanation. I explained that I acknowledge the debt owed to Nedbank Credit Card Division and that I am willing to pay off the debt little by little. The consultant informed me that they saw I had money in my account so they decided to take the money WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I was also informed that there is nothing I can do about this and the monies will not be reversed. When I explained that this money was a loan to me to buy groceries I was told by the consultant that he can do nothing about me not being able to buy groceries but that I should pay my debt.
