Nedbank

I have been banking with nedbank for such along time I never had a problem. From November I have a problem and no1 even wants to solve tis problem. Wch was not my fault Bt theirs stepping into the new year still no solution to te problem. Bt keep debiting my acc whn I do call they cannot answer me as to y the debit is going off
