Nedbank

I went to a Nedbank branch in Port Elizabeth asked them if I will get green back points if I buy a car through Nedcank because I am a Nedbank client. The lady asked me if I have a greenbacks card which I had. She said no problem I can buy the car and will get the points. Bought the car paid the money into another Nedbank account of the car dealer. After a few days no points. Went back to bank now they tell me no points because I eft the money. None was said to me that I cannot eft the money. Asked how do they think I must transfer the money to the dealer. Gave me a long stiry tfat I was not happy about. I think their service stinks They do not want to give me the points because it is a lot of money. Please be aware and careful. I am going to another bank.
