NEDBANK

I paid up my car that was financed by MFC a division of Nedbank. The car was paid 4 years ago. I have been promised my natis document since last year 2018. I had been told in 2018 that the document was sent to their Sunninghill branch which i did go to collect and it wasn't there. Two weeks ago I've been calling the Nedbank MFC which then advised that the document was sent to Nedbank Sandton city last year and the branch doesn't have the document in their records. I have spoken to Tumi Mohlotsane a week ago who escalated the query to her team leader Graham Mthembu who she claimed was going to call me in 48 hours which lapsed on the 27/09/19 he didn't call. I just called and spoke to Ntombi and i asked her to put me through Graham Mthembu she told me his not available his gone to a meeting but he advised her that his doing a follow up on my query with the branch. NEDBANK IS SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL INSTITUTION AND STAFF IS USELESS!!!!
