Nedbank 1 stars AGAIN!

Terrible service, forces me to go into the bank's branch for every small and nitty gritty query.. I honestly don't even know why they have an call center if they can only assist by telling me to go into a branch. I am not even allowed to transfer money on my app between my accounts.

Would NEVER recommend Nedbank, not even to my enemies.
