Nedbank

I withdrew cash from my wife's Nedbank account at a Nedbank ATM. One of the R 100 notes was missing a piece along the side. When I went to Nedbank in Westville Mall, the manager was very dismissive and straight of the cuff denied any responsibility by saying van you prove that the note was from a Nedbank atm and also where is the missing piece. She took a photocopy of the note and I have not heard from her since. This happened 2 weeks ago
