Nedbank

I have been busy with Nedbank since May 2020 !! I have app**** for a Student loan on behalf of my child. I have over the past few months sent in documents on several (5) occasions to 3-4 different people and spoken to these people as well.......

No response from them, they leave or move to different departments or branches and one would think that they would leave the applications for the next person, but that does not happen... They are also scrutinizing my financial status, even though a student loan only gets paid back at a later stage, and they don't know what my financial status would be like in 2-3 years time when its time to pay back the loan?

The banks advertise and make a lot of promises offering help, but in real life that is not the case?
