I Henry Vukile Ndaba id No: *** The was ***** committed on to my Nedbank account ***) at Jabulani mall branch. On the 29 October 2024 the sum of R39672.00 was transferred from my Nedbank account to unknown Capitec account.I Reported the ***** immidiatly within 30 minutes after I saw massage from my phone. After reporting the matter to NEDBANK with reference number ***2, I was told wait for six weeks while they do investigation now its over 6 months and nothing has happened when I phone them they kept on saying they still investingating I have all the case number and references Please help me as I am a pensioner.
