Not even a phone call or email regarding the mess up on my credit score due to Nedbank staff not doing there work my credit score still effected due to their negligence i have paid my account on the 29 September more than what my instalment is but still get flagged negative why Nedbank after i phoned and follow up and i was told there will not be a negative on my profile
