Nedbank

I'm not happy with nedbank, my cousin deposited, R150 for me to be able to work this morning, the next available balance was R-19,54 ,which I felt its unfair even phone the which a call took 6min 23 the next that lady on nedbank call centre instead of helping she move my call to another opperater, last time I checked didn't say they wont be bank charges if u withdraw money from another bank like standard bank
