Nedbanck credit reprot

On the nedbank money app the credit score has incorrect details i dont have Judgments against my name the Sundgrige primary judgment was paid in full this has been removed from my credit profile by Experian why does it still show on the money app nedbank credit report it was settle in aprill 2025 and still show as a nedbank client i feel that they can get the correct credit report from experian where there is not judgement on the report and update the maony app credit report
