nedbakn Central well done

Nedbank -Tshwane central branch I have been sorting matter relating my bond issues and life cover insurance , I am delighted to say that Mr. Lati Maraka and Mr. Thabo have outstanding and helpful no matter how difficult I was as this involved emotional issue. Well done to them their great customer service and attention to details. I wish they could teach that to the reception Lady who issues ticket to be more friendly and even after the client had given her tough time she must not give bad look but to smile as that is part of customer service.
