Nedbak westgate branch,jhb.I am Nombuso Radebe.I am complaining of a poor service , digusting service i keep receiving from Nedbank Westgate branch.In November 2019 i had informed them that i am working now and i will be recieving my salary from Nedbank.I asked them to start deducting the credit card amout of R596.They did in november , december and january.In February they did not deduct it .I dont know the reason coz my banking details are still the same and i am still receiving my salary through them.To my suprise i received a call from Hammond Pole from *** another no of theirs *** .That i was handed over and litigations will be added on my account. I need to know the reason why .To make matters worst on 29/02/2020 they deducted again the same amount of R596.I was treated unfairly and these will have a negative impact on me when i need a house loan in some banks .Nobody called me to ***
