NEDBAK POPI ACT CONTRAVENTION

Nedbank home loans collections department has been sharing my information with somebody who isn't me. This includes my home loan account, my installment amounts, balances ,arrears & payment plans made with them. I called the bank to find out only for that to confirm that indeed they have my correct contact details, so they shouldn't be sending such information to any other contact. Spoke to two agents at collection one once he discovered this error simply put me on hold never to get back at me. Called again the other agent simply refused any form of responsibility nor acknowledge the depth of my grievance simply shrugged to a "IT' error that common & acceptable apparently. Is this not a violation of my personal information? Is this not a violation of POPI act? still yet to hear from the bank 24 hours later.
