Nedbak deducting double instalements from Loan account every month.

Nedbank has been deducting double instalments from my FNB account during January this year and again at the end of February 2024. Interest was debited from my account on 1 December 2023, Assurance on 4 December and admin fee on 30 December 2023, why was this? The same thing happened again, on 1 January interest and Admin for 4 January 2024. No one can explain to me why they did this and there has been no contact from their side other than a response to another department regarding a refund. On 23 February 2024 my account was debited with the monthly instalment of R5273.37 and again on the 25th with R5273.37that equates to R10 546,74. That is not my agreed monthly instalment and I am disgusted that you did this 2 months in a row. To date, I have not received feedback nor my money. I am now behind with my other commitments and there is no sense of urgency from Nedbank regarding this matter. I certainly do regret having ever opened an account with Nedbank which at the time was happy to assist me and now are taking double instalments every month. I am removing their debit order from my FNB banking profile and will pay them manually to take control of my finances. It certainly leaves a bitter taste when you cannot trust a financial institution during these times. I am appalled and will continue to pursue this matter in court if need be. It is not that I have to put myself in extra debt because another bank has taken money from me, that in itself is a travesty.
