Nedbank Longbeach Mall Noordhoek makes you conduct your business in the passage in the mall. For some reason they will not allow people who have a query into the bank when South Africa has finished with all the Covid Levels. The do not have enough people working in the bank to assist clients and therefore one has to conduct ones business in the bank. Secondly I asked for a bank statement of my credit card today 4th May and they could only give me one dated 2nd May - this is ridiculous if one is wanting to check ones bank account and check whether payments have gone through made on 3rd and 4th May. Even when phoning and hanging on for ages listening to music - when I eventually got through the latest bank statement was 2 days old. Surely in todays digital age this is an indictment on the bank
