Nedback double debit

I have a personal loan that is in arrears. I had previously made arrangements to pay until they said I must pay the full installment. Which I did. In end of April they triple debited my account. Third debit order bounced as there was no funds. I queried and they returned the money. Again in May they did the same and they are refusing to reverse my money
