Nedba

I regret switching from Capitec to Nedbank... My experience with them wasn't so nice... The service I received from Nedbank Victoria Brach was slipshod and inadequate. I opened up a bank card with them and it only worked for one month. This month haven't touched my salary because my card is not working. I've been to the same branch for 6 consecutive days but still today my card still not working. Today is the 6th of November and I get paid on 28 of every month and my salary is still as it is. What about my expenses?? I'm definitely not advising anyone to switch to Nedbank.
