Nedank bond Insurance does not pay out

Do not buy the Nedbank bond insurance . We tried to make a claim a few years ago when my wife was in coma , the bank made it impossible to make a claim. I now have filled in a new claim for another event but have heard nothing for 60 days , no call no nothing. While we try to pick up the pieces of our lives while the bank just gives us the middle finger and have the cheek to debit my account for the annual premium but can’t return a call or respond to an email.
