Nedank as bad as the rest

As a filmmaker I sell stock footage abroad. 6 weeks ago I got a request for footage, sent the invoice and no payment was forthcoming. After 2 weeks I sent the footage without receiving payment as not to disadvantage the client and avoid professional reputational damage. Four phone calls over the next couple of weeks, bad music and a waste of time including outright lies and promised delivery never happened. "They tried to contact me"...amazing how good they are when one is in overdraft. Having fica'd and Rica'd me I dont know how many times and a client for nearly 45 years. Every 5 years I buy a new car and contact Nedbank for finance... and I go with Westbank because Nedbank if they get back to me its usually weeks later. As much as I would like to change banks they are all just as bad...why do I have to work for my money and incur costs. Apparently I will be getting my money finally but I doubt they will pay interest for default in payment.
