Nedabnk performance is a negative 100

Nedbank has to be the worst bank that I have ever come across. I have been waiting for feedback for 3 weeks and still have not heard from them. I took in a Power of Attorney. They said it had to go to legal. So how does that take 3 weeks? In addition, I now cannot draw any cash to pay my friend's staff and they are literally starving. I am not sure what they could do to perform any worse.
