Ned group funeral

I took funeral cover for my mother in law they said im qualified to a reduced waiting period now my mother in law passed away on the 28th of Nov I submitted a claim onthe 3rd of December late that day I received a call from nedgroup insurance they said my claim is rejected because of the waiting period I am very disappointed in nedbank bcs i thought they are reliable I didn't know that they are also ****med
