Ned**** continues to disappoint !

Ned**** just gets worse and worse. I’m trying to get a simple document out of them, but their arrogant and stupid staff keep *****ing it up and then lying about it. One phones and phones and emails and emails but they keep on ignoring one because they insist to their superiors they have completed the task despite *****ing up up badly. Ned**** has been continually dropping in the banking ratings and given their truly disgusting service it’s really no surprise. Roll on the day when they become more irrelevant than they are.
