Ned Bank's scary administration

I have closed ( and do not use) my account at Ned bank quite a while ago because of bad services. I was shocked to be informed about my Ned Bank FICA information. Although I closed my Credit cards at the bank, I still receive "Nedbank Credit Card monthly eStatement " for banking fees !!!!!!
