NED BANK IN JUBILEE MALL REFUSE TO PAY US OUR SOCIAL MONEY

We moseneke social club we open an account with Nedbank, our purpose is to save money and withdraw when we have family problems or get together. Is been five times trying to withdraw money from Nedbank .Nedbank refuse to give us our money every time when we visit the bank they come up with some stories, Now we are having two funerals the we need to contribute still Nedbank refuse to give us our money. And we not staying around Hammaskraal we have to travel spending Lot of money for transport.

Nedbank Jubilee Mall Manager said can’t give us our money she still need to send documents somewhere ,we not sure is money is still there or inside job ,someone is busy checking the account An employee we need investigation on that again. The whole staff from manager to consult they need training all of them they are not helpful in Nedbank jubilee Mall .

We need our money in 24hours asap and we will like to close the account we are NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
