NED BANK CLOSED MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY JUSTIFICATION

Good day

I write to register my concern with the way how NED Bank handles its clients. I am one of the frustrated and angry clients for this bank. This bank abruptly closed my cheque account without even notifying me. My account has been operational without no any problems until these guys closed it 2 months ago. I have been to the branches at Bellville, Parow and N1 City respectively with no any help. I asked them whats wrong with my account they said someone reported my account as involved in ****. We have entered in 3rd month now no any call from the bank not even a message as they said they are investigating. I told one of the branch managers that they shd have advised who so ever reported my account to go to police station and open a case against me than closing my account. I went to the shop took stuff to the counter tried to swipe i was embarrassed the card cud not work.

I need help as to what further steps shd i take. either ket the bank close my account and i wl open account wt other banks they shd give my funds there in it. or they shd activate my account. its lockdown, im struggling. Blessings***)
