So yesterday my card kept declining. Upon investigation i found a transaction on of R751 on my account, immediately phoned the ***** department that tells me after a long wait that it is a temu transaction from last year September or October that was processed by temu yesterday. I mean really hlw it that even possible or legal, no i get told u can't do anything about it we had hundreds similar complaints this week. How is this even possible weak weak service.
