Nebank's homeloan clowns

I am at my wits end with these people. They keep telling me I'm in arrears after have proven that it is not the case. The last debit order was taken from my account, but fails to reflect on their end because of a system error. This was confirmed by their technical staff after my visit to our locak branch, but still they persist in this. I'm now considering moving my homeloan elsewhere. Maybe the new perople can get this right.
