Nebank Small Business Bank Account - WORST!!!

Pity there isn't a zero rating.

If you are a business planning to open and operate a business bank account with Nedbank please stay away.

I have never had such a bad experience with any banking company. Refusal to help, not responding to queries, especially the "Business Banker" they assign to you.

I would like to give a shout to Mr. Donald Motaung, my Small Business Banker, who really went out of his way to ignore me. I opened an account 3 weeks ago, and this guy has just refused to attend to any of my queries in all this time.

To date I had to operate my business without a bank card, can you imagine that!
