NEBANK NOT A ETHICAL BANK TO DEAL WITH

I have app**** for a personal loan on the 16/11/2021, upon calling in on the 17/11/2021, i was advised by the consultant that the lloan was approved and will be paid out later that day due to me using another bank, upon a follow up on the 18/11/2021, i was tola another story, my application was forward to special unit. upon doing a follow up on the 19/11/2021, due to not getting any feedback, i was told my application will be marked urgent or something like that. Upon doing a follow up on 20/11/2021, i was advised that they are suspecting *****, what non sense is that as I took up a second job a few months ago, they must either accept or decline, now that they mention that they are suspecting *****, and all there calls are recorded I am now going to make it a legal matter, NEDBANK needs to be more ethical
