Nebank make things NOT happen

I am a GOOD client with Nedbank for past 35 years. I have 5 accounts with them. They have a 35 year history of how i manage my accounts. I am completing a building loan next month after 10 years. Never skipped a payment. I have excellent credit record. I app**** for new loan on existing bond. Nedbank writes letters to me, that i can apply for a new loan, because i am a faithful valuable client of theirs! They say i can get a loan in 2 days? They needed a few docks to approve the loan. Then i provide it and then they ask for more docks. Then i give them those only to discover they now want even more docs. Nedbank kept on asking for more docs every time i contact them for a progress report, for over 7 months now. I struggled for 3 years to get a creditcard machine for my restaurant - never received it! i closed my agency trust account, coz they kept on freezing it. I battle for a year to open a debit-facility. They made 3 appointments and never pitched I am treated like a ********. Nedbank misleads the public with their slogans. I can proof with 35 years experience that they do NOT take my business or my costomers businesses, to next level and Nedbank does NOT make things happen!
