Nebank Insurance on Credit Cards useless.

I have a credit card with Nedbank. With Corona pandemic as a restaurant owner I have been without a income from the duration of the time. Even now not s****ping the bottom. I have app**** for my insurance company that covers me for loss of income and I will not be covered because I am self employed. This is not why I took insurance directly from nedbank.. Surely thats why I paid the heavy premiums for 4 years not right?
