Nebank home loan dissapointing

<p> I had a horrible experience with nedbank home loan staff, their unprofessional keep on making same mistakes and thier "system" or return policy takes up to 72 hours for a refund of which it was their mistake not mine and it did not happen once but twice, now I have to be inconvenienced and not honor my other commitments, and the time it takes to be helped and be put on hold for a long time! Dont even have the courtesy to call you back. Really dissapointed and not impressed. Bad service.</p>
