Nebank home insurance

Had an accident in November 2021 involving our outside gate. Initial response was excellent and gate was fixed to be able to close in the meantime. Since then almost zero communication and only when I contact them. More than 2 months later the gate is still not fixed and electric fence on that part not working. All a huge security risk.
