NEBANK - For themselves and not for businesses!

Nedbank is an Extremely useless business bank! I've honestly had it now with this place, concerns are never prioritized, The so called business bankers have minimal capacity to assist clients, the banking app is useless and Nedbank holistically in my opinion is a Useless bank! I My business has been banking with them since 2016 and not once can I confirm that this bank has ever provided me with quality services.

Today for example, I've done a "Instant Payment", everything went off my account, received proof of payment ect. however 2hrs. later the funds are not reflecting in the recipient's account! (This was suppose to be instant - URGENT!)

I call Nedbank to query this issue, and the response I get from the consultant via the app and over the phone is we are aware of the problem, we are investigating the matter!

I mean it was marked as instant payment as its an Urgent payment! Yet they give a ****, as long as the ridiculous service fees for every small thing is obtained every month they happy!

This bank is entirely hopeless in my opinion, I will be changing banks today there is only so much a person can handle and Nedbank will push you to the limit.
