Nebank don't care about their customer

I am so disappointed very much I was using the nedbank app to sent money fir my school fees, the app didn't give me option to enter the account number its selected it bank approved account and said next when I press next it paid that wrong account o immediately called nedbank center they said they cant reverse the money since it's bank approved they told me the name of the company money went to but as a bank how on earth they can't reverse while the money was still on pending.. I went to krugersdrop branch they told me these thing they can do as a bank were we tryst them with our money but if they can help what then is not a first time nedbank did sumthing like this to me is a *** bank sham they don't take people serious I am very crossed
