Nebank disgusting redundant systems

Worst experience, I've received from a banking service, client service or customer care is unhelpful so us don't have 2 to 3 working days to await for you to reverse instant transfer, if your systems can't pick up the transfer, how is it any of my business to still wait for the redundant system to trace my money.
