Nebank delay on Estate Late to Finalize

Estate Late CE De Villiers - id no. *** date of death 01-08-2019 old Mutual policy No. *** ceeded to Nedbank sent letter to Nedbank on the 18 November 2019 got feedbank that they said policy was ceeded to MFC for motor finance. WE GOT A LETTER STATING MFC was finalized. but sending document to Old Mutual the claim still Nedbank needs to give a letter on a NEDBANK Letter head stating the cession is paid up and the case is closed.

Handed all the documents to Nedbank Hinterland in Delmas on futher inquirey We were told that Nedbank does not have and cannot give us anything to finalize this. the plolicy for indeed for a bond which is long ago paid up.

Nedbank Hinterland are trying to get nedbank Head office to sort out but say that due to LOCKDOWN no responce

The EXECUTOR is extremly unhappe with us and this matter.

HOW LONG DOES ONE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE CLOSURE OF THIS MATTER.!!!!!!!!!!
