I just wanted to collect my card - When I arrived, I got my ticket, saw that there was one person before me. I took a seat and waited... 45min later, my ticket STILL wasn't called, as well as the client before me. People who entered after me were helped within 15min. I realise that the system changed due to covid, but waiting 45min to collect a card is just unacceptable.
