As a new young client with big dreams Nrdbank were very unproffessional and both my personal and Bussiness accouns is in a negative because of them who allow unauthorized or mechants not doing there job or late and now because of that could not qualigy for a loan overdraft and damamged my reputation and a change of changing my financila sitaution.

It means you did the transaction in December after 5 days the merchant did not bank the transaction and the funds would have become available for you to use again however the merchant as banked the transaction now and that as created your account to do into a negative.
