NATIS DOCUMENT STILL WAITING FOR THEM

was told my natis document will be delivered to me within 7-10 working days and now that has passed and still nothing they said all doucument were sent 21 August 2019 and am still waiting even today they keep giving some tracking number for DSV which when i sent to DSV they tell me its incorrect. I have paid all amount for settlement and nedbank should be responsible for asking the company they trusted with my document to ask them where are they and when am i recieving them as i am nedbank client not DSV ,where is the business between me and DSV .please make sure i get my document in the next day tired of waiting. I wont take responsibility to follow up on the courier company which you chose to entrust my document with. i need answers and i need them yesterday.when am i getting the natis document and dont tell me 10 working days that ship has sail.
