Natis docs

Good day,

I requested my Natis papers through a dealership in mokopane, the request was put through to mfc and said it would be sent, my docs did not arrive as its apparently with legal dept, the vehicle was paid in full/settled last year already, and no one has an answer, i paid the vehicle in full i want my natis docs
