NASTY SCRUPULOUS NEDBANK

one accidental payment and one unauthorised debit order by this bank totaling R15 527.02. On inquiring when are they going to refund my money back. This bank responds as follow "reversal cannot be authotised" yet they have money that is not their. On inquiring again, Nedbank responds as follows "after 14 calendar days" the calendar days became 21 working days. Now almost two months down the line, still no reversal. But when the bank wants its money from me (R500) apparently debt collection, which cannot be proven, it threatens with court and credit bureau. The staff there appear to be so ***********. NEDBANK PAY BACK THE MONEY....!!!! My advise: If you want sleepless nights and absolute harassment from this bank conclude a deal with their MFC otherwise stay away.
