Name removal on Bond

I had a bond with my ex husband in 2006 with Nedbank, we got divorced in 2008 and i have settlement agreement that he will take over the bond, i contacted Nedbank a couple of timesa nd at some point asked to send my Settlement so that my name will be removed but to no avail<br> <br> this morning i called the call centre and i was told i need to go the branch again with my ex-husband whom i don't know where he is since its been 8 years since our divorce, Nedbank has his details since he is their client, i can not believe they unable to use the decree of divorce and settlement i have to remove my name and call their client which is my ex husband to come to the bank and re-apply for the bond? how difficult is that. Iam going to take Nedbank to court for damages caused in the passed 8 years cause i could not afford a bond due to the existing i have with nedbank . i have kids who are living with my parents cause their mom( me) cant provide a roof under their heads . that's not fair at all .
