Nadbank most pathetic bank ever

I have app**** for a credit card on the 26/05/2023 everything was done online I then had issues with submitting my documents online I then called into customer and spoke to an agent by the name of thandoe mpofu who assisted me in submitting my documents all well and good as she said it will take around 3 working days for approval as it was on a conditionally approved stauts since then until now I have not received any assistance from her or anyone else spoken to many manager and agents making promises they going to sort everything out and get back to me and nothing has been done until today which is the 19/06/2023 this is the most pathetic bank when it comes to doing anything online I will advise anyone never to apply anything with this bank as they make promises and don't deliver imagine I don't even bank with african bank but they approved me within 2 days and on the 3rd day I had my credit card with me I ever so regret canceling my credit card with them and thinking the bank that I bank with will be a better option to have a credit card with but seems I've been wrong
