Mzanzi4u debits from my account

Good day My mother's account gets debited every month with 99.99 from mzanzi4u which she did not authorise and if i did not help her go through her statement, as she i a pensioner, she would not have noticed this. can we gt some assistance from nedbank to stop this unauthorised debit please
