Mystery debit orders
I want to express my disappointment at Nedbank for not dealing with me with honesty. I am a pensioner and when I retired, I settled and closed all my accounts. I later noticed that there is an amount of R2 137.73 which went off my account 8 months after I indicated to Nedbank that I was retiring and wanted to close my accounts. I was told that it is for a personal loan which I had. As far as I know my personal loan was paid in full. The below amounts have been going off my *** Nedbank consumer car.... R2 137.73 Nedbank home loans..
I am told the R2 137.73 is for personal loan I apparently owed and the account was handed over to NDRS legal who claim they agreed on this amount with me. But I have never spoken to any lawyer regarding any outstanding personal loan
The lady I spoke to said she cannot pick up the R940 so its a 'mystery debit'.
I am a pensioner and am struggling to make ends meet. Why is Nedbank treating like this?
