Mysterious subscription appearing in my account
I've been charged R156 per month since February under \NRB accting subscription fee\" a service I have not subscribed to and do not have any idea what it relates to. Contacting the call centre or branch is pointless. Is this *****? <br> <br> Please can someone check on this and resolve? Been with Nedbank for 20 years, cannot believe how poor the response is for something like this. "
