Mybonus savings Trauma

I have a my bonus savings with Nedbank, which I requested for cancellation from when the lockdown began due to reduced salary. But to this date no one is able to assist me,I have been told its cancelled but still the deduction is taking place. When I joined it was easy as they sent one of their staff member to make us sign up, now that I want to cancel it's a mission. I have been sending numerous emails to Thabo Sabela and Gloria molefe and neither of them can assist. When I go to Nedbank branch they saying they don't know what I'm talking about.
