MY SALARY DISAPPERAED AT NEDBANK ON BLACK FRIDAY

On the 24 Nov 2023 my salary disappeared at Nedbank. I reported the case on the same day at the call center. Call Ref is ***5. ***** case number GFCFS-70191. I haven't received any kind of feedback from Nedbank ***** Team. I've sent a complaint to the complaint department only then I received the case number. My policies are lapsing, my kid's laybys expired due to this issue. I have a 9 year old son and a 1 year old daughter how do one survive without a salary for a month. My car is not covered, my house contents not cover, my life cover is not paid. I got to a point where i couldn't fetch my son at school had to ask other moms. My daughter is still on nappies and drinking milk. I am still in the dark on how did my salary disappear on the pay day. Today marks the 15th day without a salary and no acknowledgement. I am now stuck in Johannesburg do not have money to travel to Eastern Cape. My grandmother is 92 years her policy is not paid who will insure her at this age and if something happens to her during this time will be responsible for her funeral? This has affected my whole family especially my kids. I still do not understand how my salary disappeared I have been with Nedbank for over 15 years something like this never happened. I am still in the dark and very frustrated and disappeared. I even recruited friends to come bank with Nedbank because I thought it was secured and BOOM this happens to me. My contact number is ***.
